Shift and Compensation 
  • 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
  • Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 45,760 USD per year
Job Duties
  • Provide technical support and service to customers, both over the phone and on-site
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct on-site service calls equipped with a company vehicle stocked with tools
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding professionally, efficiently, and courteously
  • Collaborate with the service team to share knowledge and solutions
  • Complete documentation of service activities and maintain accurate records
