Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM
- Pay : $20 / hour
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the health and safety of others
- Visually inspects area upon completion of cleaning to ensure appropriate levels of cleanliness and neatness have been achieved.
- Relocates furniture, tables, chairs, etc. as needed.
- Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
- Maintains and communicates restocking needs of required consumables
- Cleans assigned areas to established standards and requirements
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated appropriate areas
- Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
- Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- Ensures security and safety of company assets
- Assists in general maintenance of the building
- Possible other duties could include: Sidewalk snow removal, salting, pulling weeds and basic landscaping, parking lot clean-up, mowing
Background Profile
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a medical manufacturing environment is preferred
- Detail oriented and good organization skills required
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive service demeanor towards co-workers
