Shift and Compensation

- Monday-Friday
- 6:00am-2:30pm
- $16.00/hr
Job Duties
- Interpret and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints, identifying the required materials for each project.
- Actively segregate any nonconforming or suspected nonconforming materials in real-time to prevent their distribution to the customer.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using various measuring instruments, including tape measures, digital calipers, and other essential measurement devices.
- Perform the setup and operation of equipment such as cold saws, band saws, and other similar machinery.
- Set up and operate glue dispensing equipment as needed for fabrication processes.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, including hammers, wrenches, pliers, and a small arbor press.
- Display competence in handling pneumatic tools such as grinders, impact ratchets, and small presses.
- Ensure that work meets established quality standards, conducting inspections to confirm conformance, and signing off on the necessary work documents.
Background Profile
- High school diploma/GED required
- A minimum of one (1) year of light assembly required
- Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Stand, stood, kneel or crouch for an extended amount of time
- Working in and/or around loud machinery
- The ability to handle repetitive motion
