Job Title: Fabrication Machine Operator
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Some Saturdays required)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: North Liberty, IN
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced Fabrication Machine Operators to join our team. This role is critical to daily production, and consistent attendance is required. Candidates should have prior experience operating fabrication machinery and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, punch presses, CNC machines, and related equipment
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production and attendance expectations consistently
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience required (saws, punch presses, CNC, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
- High School Diploma/GED Required
