Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently
Monitor performance and product quality, making necessary adjustments
Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed
Ensure all environmental and safety standards are met
Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions
Complete production, maintenance, and inventory paperwork
Assist with small equipment operation and general plant duties as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability
Experience with conveyors, machinery, welding, torching, or similar equipment preferred
Background in agriculture, trades, or working on personal vehicles a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping
Team-oriented and safety-conscious
