Job Location: Indianapolis (north side)
Hours: 5:30am-3:30pm, M-F with some Saturday OT
Pay: $22-28/hr, dependent upon experience
As an Electrical Panel Builder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of electrical equipment. You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components to ensure the seamless operation of the final product. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical assembly, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Assemble electrical components according to engineering specifications.
- Wire and connect electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on completed assemblies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years previous experience as an Electrical Assembler in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Solid Understanding and knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
