Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturer in Plymouth, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production and facility equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Shift and Compensation
- 3rd Shift/ Swing Shift, Weekend AM 5AM-5PM Weekend PM 5PM-5AM
- Compensation is dependent upon experience
Job Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
- Support building and facility equipment maintenance
- Work closely with your Supervisor and team to ensure safe, efficient operations
Background Profile
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with 24V–480V systems
- Experience with PLCs, including Siemens and/or Rockwell Allen Bradley
- Understanding of motor controls, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks independently
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP experience a plus)
- Ability to work in tight spaces, hot/cold environments, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights up to 30 ft
