Electrical Assembler – Direct Hire
Location: Berne, IN
Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm + daily overtime and Saturday mornings (as needed)
Pro Resources is hiring a skilled Electrical Assembler for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Berne, IN.
This position involves wiring control panels and PLCs for automated machinery. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience reading electrical schematics and wiring both VDC/VAC circuits with limited supervision.
What to Expect:
Direct hire position with long-term stability
Daily overtime (approx. 1 hour/day)
Saturday morning work as needed
Collaborative work environment
Key Responsibilities:
Wire control panels and PLCs from schematics
Read and interpret electrical prints
Work independently and with project leads to meet deadlines
Maintain quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Prior experience wiring control panels and PLCs
Ability to read electrical schematics
Manufacturing or automation assembly experience preferred
