Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Location: Goshen, IN
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between our company and our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer data, processing new orders, and managing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Compute prices and provide quotes based on current rates.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
Verify customer information for accuracy during order entry.
Process online orders and update customers on shipping dates or delays.
Act as a liaison between external customers and internal teams.
Cross-train to support other customer service team members as needed.
Generate daily reports with ETA notifications for customers.
Plan, organize, and prioritize customer orders, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and customers.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints courteously, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff for resolution.
Manage incoming calls or inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
Provide additional information on services via phone, email, or written correspondence.
Coordinate shuttle crew schedules and notify them of order pick-ups throughout the day.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Strong phone and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage competing demands.
Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
