Pro Resources is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company.
Shift and Compensation
- Hours-10am-7pm
Pay- $24.00hr
Job Duties
Answer inbound customer payment calls. For non-payment calls, provide entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting of calls when appropriate.- Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve account discrepancies.
- Follow all call center standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements.
- Manage cash application induction work as assigned, making outbound calls to customers as needed to ensure complete resolution.
- Ensure all customer calls are clearly documented.
- Work on special projects as assigned by manager.
- Manage induction work tasks from the Accounts Receivable Rep I.
- Train new hires as assigned by manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Background Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (preferred).
2+ years of Insurance Industry experience (preferred).
2+ years of Call Center experience.
2+ years of Customer service experience.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships with customers and agents.
Ability to deal effectively and collaborate with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and communication skills (interpersonal, written and electronically). Including good listening skills.
Attention to detail with a quality focus.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Highly motivated, adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities.
The ability to demonstrate and share depth of knowledge and skills regarding business systems and processes.
