Job Summary: The Account Coordinator  plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients within the industrial sector. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative serves as a liaison between the customer and the company, demonstrating strong communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.


Shift and Compensation
  • 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • $17.50hr. 

Job Duties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

    Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and order status.

    Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of the industrial products and services offered by the company.

    Stay updated on industry trends, specifications, and technical details to address customer inquiries accurately.

    Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

    Generate regular reports on customer service metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

    Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.

    Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

    Provide product training and technical support to customers as needed.

    Create and update documentation, FAQs, and guides to assist customers in self-service.


Background Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

    Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

    Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.

    Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

    Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
