Job Title: E-commerce/Order Fulfillment
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
 
Job Summary:
A cross-functional position, trained in order fulfillment, order packaging, this role’s primary
responsibility will be the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of online or larger pallet customer orders.
The associate will be trained to perform replenishment of product in picking locations and case
inventory, picking orders via a hand-held RF device or manual pick sheet, and configuring, packing and
prepping customer parcels for shipment.
 
Essential Functions:
ï‚· Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments with a RF hand held device
ï‚· Assist with physical inventories
ï‚· Maintain a safe and clean work space
ï‚· Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product
ï‚· Follow established safety rules and regulations
ï‚· Self-motivating
 
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
ï‚· High attention to detail
ï‚· Ability to multi-task
ï‚· Commitment to quality, safety and communication
ï‚· Team-oriented and self-directed
 
Education and Experience:
ï‚· High School Diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
ï‚· 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
 
Physical Requirements:
ï‚· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
ï‚· Ability to lift 25 pounds
ï‚· Ability to carry 25 pounds
