Clean Line Technician
3rd shift is 11pm-7:30am
$16-19 Depending on Experience
Clean Line Technicians are responsible for processing orthopedic components through multiple cleaning stages, ensuring they meet stringent cleanliness and quality standards before surface treatment and packaging.

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform multi-stage cleaning processes on orthopedic parts, including:
- Ultrasonic cleaning to remove contaminants from complex geometries.
- Chemical passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.
- Manual and automated polishing to achieve desired surface finishes.
- Blasting techniques for surface preparation prior to coating.
-Inspect parts at each stage to ensure compliance with cleanliness and surface quality standards.
-Maintain and calibrate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Document processes and maintain records in accordance with standards.
-Collaborate with the coating and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless workflow and product integrity.
Qualifications:
*HS Diploma or GED REQUIRED*
-longevity in work history and the desire to make this a career
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standard operating procedures.
-must be able to lift up to 25 pounds throughout shift
DRESS CODE: Jeans/long pants, closed toe shoes, t-shirt/sweatshirt - nothing vulgar or offensive. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
