Job Summary
As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, operating and programming state-of-the-art CNC milling machines to fabricate precision components and parts. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts and components according to specifications
- Interpret and follow CNC programming instructions to set up and adjust machine parameters
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and machine performance
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines such as Hass and Renshaw probing systems
- Proficient in CNC programming and setup
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols
Working Conditions
This position is based in our production facility, which is a fast-paced, climate controlled industrial environment.
Compensation and BenefitsMonday-Thursday 6am-4pm overtime scheduled half day Friday as needed
$22 USD per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401K, vacation, holidays and profit sharing.
