CNC Machinist (G-Code Programming Required) – Direct Hire
Location: Marion, IN
Pay: $27 – $31/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pro Resources is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on G-code programming experience for a direct hire opportunity in Marion, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, making program edits, and taking ownership of their work from setup through final inspection.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for precision part production
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs as needed
- Perform tooling and part setups, offsets, and adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and indicators
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- G-code programming experience (required)
- Ability to independently make program edits and troubleshoot issues
- Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to hold tight tolerances
- Experience with Fanuc or Haas controls is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
