Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Machinist for a client in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of CNC Mills and lathes, experience using calipers and micrometers (down to .0001), and the ability to read blueprints. Shift and Compensation

1st Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (with possible OT)
Pay : $20 / hour

Job Duties

Set up and operate CNC Mills and lathes
Ensure precision using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Read and interpret engineering blueprints
Maintain quality and safety standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Background Profile

Proven CNC Machinist experience
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 40 lbs
Full-time availability with potential overtime
