Shift and Compensation
- 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Compensation is from 41,600 USD to 66,560 USD per year + Shift 10 % Premium
Job Duties
- Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, and Swiss
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
- Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
- Basic Precision Metrology
- Experience running, setting up, and adjusting CNC turning, and/or milling machinery
- Perform hand work on components such as deburring and minor polishing
Background Profile
- Knowledge of removing burrs
- Ability to set up CNC Mills from start to finish including prepping of tools
- Ability to read and understand M and G codes
- Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
- Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on Vertical Mills
- Experience with full 5-Axis Vertical Mills
- Trouble shoot machining processes and machines
- Operate multiple machines at one time
- Experience with Medical Components
- Medical manufacturing Protocols
- Star CNC Swiss machine knowledge
- Machining experience with Titanium, Stainless, and High Nickel alloys
- Operation of CMM
- Troubleshooting/optimizing new CNC programs and processes
- Hand toolpath programming (angles/radii)
