CMM Operator / Programmer – Direct Hire
Location: Selma, IN
Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour (higher pay considered based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Rare Saturdays
Pro Resources is hiring an experienced CMM Operator/Programmer for a direct hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing facility in Selma, IN.
What You’ll Do:
• Program and operate CMM equipment
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and 3D CAD models
• Apply GD&T and complete quality documentation (PPAP, FAI, SPC)
• Use precision measurement tools
• Report quality concerns and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous CMM programming experience required
• Experience with PC-DMIS, CMM Manager, or similar software preferred
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Prior inspection experience
• Familiarity with ISO or AS quality systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting at $23.00/hr (higher pay considered for the right candidate)
• Raises at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter
• Profit-sharing bonuses twice per year after one year of service
