Pay: $30.00–$33.00/hr (up to $35.50/hr for a well-experienced CAD Designer)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site (Mon–Thu 7:00a–4:30p; Fri 7:00a–11:00a)

About the Role
Join a growing manufacturing team as a CAD Tooling Designer. You’ll build accurate, fully-parametric 3D models and assemblies, create BOMs and work instructions, and collaborate with production and engineering to deliver high-quality tooling on time.
What You’ll Do
Create 3D models from customer specs and prints
Build fully parametric tooling assemblies in Cimatron (or comparable CAD)
Generate clear BOMs and work instructions for manufacturing
Partner with production/engineering to troubleshoot and improve designs
Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers to meet deadlines
What You’ll Bring
3D CAD design experience (Cimatron strongly preferred; equivalents welcome)
Understanding of foundry tooling/manufacturing processes
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Journeyman Patternmaker not required—it’s a plus if you have it
