Bilingual Warehouse Lead – Direct Hire
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: As needed
Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a newly-launched manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role on 1st shift, offering stable hours, overtime opportunities, and a full benefits package.
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations while providing guidance to warehouse associates. This role acts as a key communication link between English- and Spanish-speaking employees and helps ensure productivity, safety, and workflow expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations
Communicate work instructions and safety information in both English and Spanish
Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, and material movement
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Help train new employees and reinforce safety and quality standards
Monitor workflow and report issues as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior warehouse experience required
Forklift experience required; certification preferred
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
