Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a growing warehouse operation in Lebanon, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift, offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with overtime available as needed.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
Pay
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
- Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping
- Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
- Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or cycle counting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Steel-toe boots required
