Pro Resources is excited to partner with a growing filtration company launching a new facility in Lebanon, IN. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Human Resources Administrator to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and excels at staying organized while managing a variety of HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new hire and termination paperwork
Assist with onboarding, background checks, and benefit enrollments
Maintain employee records and manage changes (direct deposit, tax, address updates, etc.)
Support payroll by entering deductions and tracking leave
Report workers' comp claims and help coordinate safety-related documentation
Train new supervisors on timekeeping systems
Help plan employee events and support general HR functions
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma required
Fluent in both English and Spanish- written and spoken
Prior experience with payroll systems and HR admin tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset
