Pro Resources is partnering with a growing filtration company opening a new location in Lebanon, IN! They’re looking for a bilingual HSE Technician to support a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for health, safety, and environmental practices who enjoys working closely with employees across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HSE Officer in implementing the HSE Management System
- Engage with employees on the floor during 1st and 2nd shifts to promote a strong safety culture
- Conduct safety training in English and Spanish
- Assist in incident reporting, audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning
- Support PPE selection, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks
- Be trained and prepared to respond with First Aid/CPR/AED if needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in occupational safety, environmental engineering, or a related field
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to build trust and motivate employees to prioritize safety
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
