Target Start Date: May/ June 2025
Target Salary: $80-95k per year
Pro Resources is partnering with a growing filtration company opening a new location in Lebanon, IN! They're looking for an experienced bilingual HSE Officer. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a positive, proactive safety culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily HSE programs and initiatives on the shop floor across 1st and 2nd shifts
Coach employees and leadership to strengthen safety awareness and compliance
Conduct training in English and Spanish on health, safety, and environmental topics
Drive injury prevention efforts, safety audits, and root cause analysis
Manage reporting and compliance for OSHA, EPA, and internal safety standards
Partner with the Regional HSE Officer and plant leadership to implement best practices
Support environmental compliance, injury claims, and safety event planning
Be First Aid/CPR/AED trained and ready to respond in emergencies
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience managing HSE programs in a manufacturing setting
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Experience or interest in 5S and LEAN initiatives
Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
