Pay: $66,500 – $73,500/year

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of patternmakers, technicians, and apprentices
- Plan and prioritize daily shop operations to meet production deadlines
- Oversee fabrication, repair, and modification of patterns and tooling
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate builds
- Partner with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Train, mentor, and develop your team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in patternmaking, tooling, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Experience with foundry tooling (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, or CNC processes (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on leader who can balance floor support + team leadership
