  •       Starting wage of $18
  •       1st Shift – 6:45am – 3:45pm
  •       Location – Park 100

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products with short lead times, serving as an extension of our clients' brands.
 
 Job Description:
The Compounder will be responsible for preparing and mixing product formulations according to specified procedures and guidelines.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and mix formulations according to production specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately as per the specified formulas.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment, including tanks, pumps, and other processing machinery.
  • Record and document all production batches, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct basic quality tests on compounded formulations and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
  • Strictly adhere to safety and industrial hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and production, to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Report any issues or deviations in the production process to supervisors immediately.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling mixing equipment and other production machinery.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.
  • Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients correctly.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate loads as necessary.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in chemistry, plumbing, equipment repair, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus
