$15.00/hr to $20/hr
2nd and 3rd shift available! Pay is depending on the position.
$1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Currently working 2 mandatory Saturdays per month.
Barrel Grind 2nd shift: 4pm-2am, working 4 10-hour days.
IBG Operator 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm – 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
Cutoff Operator 3rd shift: will have to train on 2nd shift until they have enough for 3rd. 2nd shift hours: 3pm-1am, working 4 10-hour days

Barrel Grind Operator:
Process product through secondary tumble operation wet abrasive stock removal. Responsible for deburring end and corner configurations, and knob removal.

IBG Operator:
Verifies final part quality to customer requirements. The operator will perform audits, visual inspection, IBG operation, and disposition of barrels according to shipping time requirements. Must be able to write non conformances for out of specification parts, run multiple IBG and other inspection machines, package product, assign lot numbers, label, and use forklift to place boxes in FG storage area.
Cutoff Operator:
Performs drawing and shearing of wire to cut parts within required length at proper O.D. size, straightness and end squareness without excessive marking or deforming the part.
Green Tumble Operator:
Employee will process product through initial tumble operation. Responsible for end and corner configurations while controlling and maintaining min-max length in Green Tumble.
Job Requirements
Ability to stand for duration of shift.
Forklift experience
Ability to work in the heat.
Ability to demonstrate reliability and good attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50-75lbs.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to submit to criminal background check and drug screen
