Now Hiring – Assembly Machine Operators
? Auburn, IN | ? $16–$17/hour | Multiple Shifts Available
Looking for a stable manufacturing job with steady hours and a supportive team? We’re hiring Assembly Machine Operators to join our growing production crew. Choose the shift that works best for your lifestyle!
Available Shifts & Pay:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $16/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $17/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $17/hour
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor machines to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines—steel-toe shoes required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attendance and solid work history.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must have steel-toe footwear.
