Job Status: Temp to Hire
Hours: Sun-Thurs, 12:00am-8:00am
Salary: $17.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality hose and tubing with minimal scrap
- Oversee team performance in support of the Team Leader
- Act as Team Leader in their absence
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines
- Assist in preplanning to minimize downtime
- Review product sequence to prevent scrap
- Operate and train others on new equipment
- Follow instructions from Team Leader or Production Manager
- Ensure safety, completeness, and good condition of tools and materials
- Supervise team activities and administer discipline as needed
- Coach co-workers for performance improvement
- Assist in Progressive Discipline for performance issues
- Follow workplace rules, methods, and procedures
- Learn and follow ISO procedures for work instructions
