Pro Resources Staffing is hiring a 3rd Shift Assistant Team Leader for a leading manufacturer in Williamsport, Indiana. Pro Resources offers weekly pay, referral bonus, and health insurance! Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality hose and tubing with minimal scrap
Oversee team performance in support of the Team Leader
Act as Team Leader in their absence
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines
Assist in preplanning to minimize downtime
Review product sequence to prevent scrap
Operate and train others on new equipment
Follow instructions from Team Leader or Production Manager
Ensure safety, completeness, and good condition of tools and materials
Supervise team activities and administer discipline as needed
Coach co-workers for performance improvement
Assist in Progressive Discipline for performance issues
Learn and follow ISO procedures for work instructions

Minimum of 3 years in the production of plastic hose and tubing
