Position: Assembler
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pro Resources is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to come join our team as an Assembler, for a company that developed and manufacturer of CLASS.
CLASS® is a patented Compressible Liquid Adaptive Suspension System which replaces standard vehicle springs, shock absorbers, and stabilizers, to provide superior ride and handling as well as automatic vehicle leveling through an Electronic Control Unit that monitors driver input, vehicle behavior, and system conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Assemble hydraulic assemblies and package kits following standardized operating processes.
Read and understand blueprints. - Use assembly equipment as trained to produce subassemblies that meet print specifications.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Have excellent attendance and work attitude.
- Follow general and equipment specific safety rules, use appropriate safety protection equipment and other safety devices.
- Able to work 40+ hours when necessary to meet customer demand.
- Lift and move 30-50 pounds all day.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related manufacturing industry preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license
