General Labor – Production Team Member (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as General Labor – Production Team Members. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in woodworking and cabinet production with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. Team members play a key role in producing high-quality casework and fixtures used across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and assist with woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, routers, edge banders).
Load, move, and position raw materials and finished components throughout the shop.
Perform essential production tasks such as gluing, clamping, sanding, hardware installation, and general assembly.
Interpret and follow production drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and verbal instructions.
Inspect parts to maintain quality standards and report any defects to supervisors.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic measurement skills, including ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, repetitive motion).
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Adherence to safety procedures and company standards.
