Production Assembly
Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday
- 6AM-2:30PM
- $15
- Weekday OT Possible
ASSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
- Work safely by wearing all required safety equipment
- Read, understand, utilize prints
- Ensure that expected quality standards are fully supported; responsible for maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S methodology) throughout the shift
- Responsible to meet production requirements and standards
- Effectively communicate with fellow Associates, Supervisors, and all other key Staff.
- Participate in continual improvements activities
- Perform various production processes as assigned
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive quality in the process
- Report any quality related issues to the supervisor
- Report supply use, to the supervisor, to ensure that inventory levels are accurate
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; this is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment; Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds; Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors.
