Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Elkhart, IN
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Technician to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have prior assembly experience and be comfortable working with metal components. This role involves repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and is essential to our axle assembly process. The position may evolve into a machine operator role for candidates demonstrating strong work ethic and growth potential.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble axles and related components
  • Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and work with heavy materials
