1st Shift 6am-2:30 with possible daily overtime and Saturday’s.

Assembler
As an assembler at Roadworks, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality custom truck accessories, such as bumpers, grilles, and fenders, to meet customer specifications. Your duties may include:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements.
Using hand and power tools to assemble metal and composite parts, including drilling, tapping, and welding.
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Roadworks' quality standards, including fit, finish, and functionality.
Maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring that the assembly area is clean and organized.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assisting with inventory management, including tracking, and restocking of assembly materials and supplies.
Providing feedback to management on ways to improve assembly processes and product quality.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools. Knowledge of automotive or truck accessories is a plus, but not required.
