Pro Resources Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client, a reputable building materials company located in St. Henry, OH. Job Status: Temp to Hire
Location: St. Henry, OH
Pay: $15-18/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and assisting customers at the counter when necessary.
- Assisting with scanning and filing customer and vendor invoices.
- Tracking expiration dates and making follow-up calls for sales tax forms, certificates of insurance, etc.
- Assisting with monthly statement processing and mailing.
- Entering payments into our accounting software.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a basic understanding of math and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a half-day worked on one Saturday per month.
