Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 7-4 PM
- Compensation is from 40,000 USD to 50,000 USD per year
Job Duties
- Provide Management with Vendor Analysis reports.
- Prepare and distribute annual 1099's.
- Code invoices with GL account numbers.
- Review all W9 forms for accuracy and validity.
- Complete vendor credit applications.
- Prepare weekly check runs for multiple companies and process.
- Work with vendors to move away from paper checks to EFT or virtual credit card payments.
Background Profile
- B.S. in Accounting is preferred if candidate can take on other Accounting functions, or an Associate's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially excel and accounting software.
- Strong planning and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information and processes.
