Shift and Compensation
- 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 9 PM- 7 AM

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Enforce work rules, GMPs and SOPs
- Confirm Employee Payroll Notes Daily
- Include any needed timesheet notes
- Communicate needed information regarding missing clock punches (details)
- Communicate any employee schedule changes to Human Resources
- Continuously monitor machine OEE and QUALITY
- Direct and supervise bargaining unit employees in their daily responsibilities.
- Oversee Shift Change at the Start of and End of the Shift
- Promptly address Job OK’s and data entry for Job Close and Shift Close
- Be visible and available to immediately address ALL bargaining unit concerns
- Complete the Production Report daily
- Perform verification of traceability audit requirements within all departments necessary.
- Document employee incidents (behavior, injuries, etc.)
- Consistent and Accurate use of Employee Progressive Disciplinary Process
- Consistent and Accurate use of Corrective Action Form
- Complete and Accurate use of the First Report of Injury (FROI) Form
- Address any down machines, and report issues to Plant Manager & Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist machine operators with troubleshooting when necessary
- Perform SOP’s and daily work assigned by Management
- Participate in employee performance reviews and training
- Schedule and conduct shift meetings when necessary
- Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager
- Document employee absences using the call-in log form and notes in Payroll System
- Participate in continuing education and company meetings
- Review and attempt resolution of 1st Step Grievances with Plant Manager before being sent to HR
- Assist with corrective action investigations involving policy and production issues
- Assist in the creating, modification & implementation of policy, rules & regulations
Background Profile
- Two plus years of manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of the machines specific to the industry
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word & Microsoft excel programs
