Job Title: Production Op.
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 11pm-7am with training on 1st shift 7am-3pm
Job Summary
The Machine Operator / Production Associate is responsible for ensuring machines are set up according to production schedules and that product quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines according to schedule and specifications
- Maintain product quality in accordance with process standards
- Perform routine quality checks and document results
- Monitor materials and equipment to ensure consistent output
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes
- Communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors promptly
- Support preventive maintenance (PM/TPM) activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to improve processes
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses
- Participate in training and support team development
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fiberglass manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to schedule changes

- Safety glasses and hearing protection required
Background Requirements
- Ohio and Indiana DOC search required
- Sex offender registry check required
- Felonies considered on a case-by-case basis with approval
