Parts Clerk
Ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing parts for Parts department. Other responsibilities include coordinating preventative maintenance on equipment with vendors and/or maintenance supervisor or equivalent. Logging information daily into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain machine accuracy of hours, breakdown, parts, vendor service, and overall expense to machinery. Any other tasks.

Job Duties
- Maintain inventory, physically and virtually in CMMS
- Receive, verify, and count incoming parts and packages. Putting items into inventory or staging for work per Work Order
- Update and maintain CMMS data, files, packing slips, invoices, and spreadsheets daily
- Cycle counts inventory, stocking inventory, pulling, and staging parts for work
- Creating Work Orders and Purchase Orders through CMMS by request, system prompting, and/or Purchase Order Requests (POR
Background Profile
- Basic knowledge in Excel, Outlook, and Word, Phone, Scans, Email
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or as a team
