Compensation and Shift
- Compensation is from 60,000 USD to 80,000 USD per year

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise second-shift production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to operators and technicians to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and address workflow issues, resolving problems and minimizing downtime.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
- Collaborate with the first and third shifts to ensure a seamless transition and continuous operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, downtime logs, and quality inspections.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing machinery, equipment, and processes.
Background Profile
- Previous supervisory experience in the plastics industry, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong knowledge of plastics production processes, including injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across shifts and departments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or leadership training preferred.
