Summary:
The Plate Saw Cutter completes orders that are generated by sales and transferred to plant operations with the use of a printed pick ticket or electronic pick ticket (VIPER).
Shift/Pay Details:
· 2nd shift
 · 3:30 pm – 12:00am
 · $18.00
 Location: Plainfield
Job Description:
  1. Organizing pick tickets based on ship dates. Distributing to appropriate plate cutting cells.
  2. Processing orders based on ship date, lot size, and requirements.
  3. Scanning material to the correct processing stage.
  4. Retrieve orders from storage location to verify material using a tape measure and visual identification (heat, color code, etc.).
  5. Transports plate to appropriate plate cutting table, transferring pick ticket to saw operator.
  6. Must verify all components of the pick ticket including processing parameters, tolerance, part marking, and special requirements.
  7. Performs inspections based on “Sampling Plan”. Record measurements and sign off.
  8. Tagging all REM’s to preserve traceability, reporting all defects.
