Our growing team is seeking Quality/Inspection candidates to join their Paint Department. They are a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products for the agriculture field.
As a Quality/Inspection associate you will be responsible quality checks of the finished painted product once it has been completed.
Additionally you are eligible for monthly gain share bonuses paid out based on company performance.
Shift and Compensation
- 2nd Shift- $22 an hour
- 3pm-1am Mon- Thurs
- Overtime opportunities available on Friday and Saturday
- Monthly bonuses based on company performance
Job Duties
- Work Around Moving Forklifts
- Direct forklift drivers to place racks, boxes, pallets, etc. In proper positions near paint line
- Lift parts out of racks or boxes or off pallets
- Hanging Hardware (hooks, hangers) on paint line
- Reach overhead to hang hardware or parts on paint line.
- Hanging parts on moving line
- Apply travel tape on painted parts.
- Remove painted parts from line.
- Place painted parts in racks, pallets, or boxes
- Place routing tags on all WIP and shipping racks
- Remove Hardware from line
- Use hand tools to attach and detach various types of hardware to parts.
Background Profile
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with fiberglass.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Industrial paint experience preferred
- Quality and inspection experience required
