2nd Shift MIG Production Welder (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Celina, OH
Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced MIG Production Welder for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer in Celina, OH. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings.
- Perform MIG welding in flat and vertical positions.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with industrial racks, containers, or welded assemblies is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier lifts as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and occasionally use a ladder.
- Ability to safely handle welding tools and equipment throughout the workday.
