Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $16.50/hour (starting)
Location: Carmel, IN

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor a Structural Reaction Injection Molder (S-RIM) to produce quality parts.
- Handle lightweight, thin steel sheets; load/unload materials into the machine.
- Perform basic upkeep: monitor mold lubrication and keep levels within standards.
- Follow standard work instructions, safety policies, and quality checks.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to stand for most of the shift; bend, reach, and lift as needed.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- No high school diploma required.
- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
