2nd Shift Britestacker
Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Pay rate: $14.75 per hour
*Monday through Friday- but will have to work a few Saturdays and Sundays through the holidays*
A manufacturer of a variety of tomato-based products - salsas, condiments, canned goods, etc.
- May be hot/steamy environment
- Very clean facility
Job Description:
This position is responsible for arranging product in the form of pallets
- Verify Britestacker is set up for can size and pattern, fills in any can voids by taking cans from the line
- Ensure pallets are of acceptable quality, notify supervisor if cans are being dented while britestacking
- Position cardboard slip sheets between all can layers
- Communicates with Fork Truck Drivers when new materials such as cardboard slips are needed
- Notifies supervision of any current or potential concerns of the equipment
- Perform various duties in the packaging department
Requirements:
- GED/Diploma to be considered for direct hire
Dress Code (Food facility):
- Hair/beard net
- No Jewelry – All piercings should be removed
- Slip resistant shoes - No cloth tops, open toed, or open heeled shoes
- Work pants/jeans, no shorts
- T-shirts – No sleeveless shirts, crop tops,. Shirts must be tucked in
- No holes, tears or frays, or see-through/mesh material
- No clothing with beads, rhinestones, glitter, or any decoration that could fall off
