2ND Shift Openings:
**MUST TRAIN ON 3rd SHIFT (11:00 pm-7:30 am.)**
Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm
May be required to work OT
Pay:
$20.50+ $1.50 shift premium
$1 attendance bonus for working 40 hours/wk.
Direct hire after 90 days with pay increase, based on performance.
- 2nd shift Bolt Former – Would train on 3rd shift for about 3 to 4 months before transferring to 2nd shift long term.
- Before sending me a resume to review, make sure the potential candidate is able to work 3rd shift for training.
Bolt Forming:
• Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products
• Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance
• Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work
• Load and unload product in the process using a forklift
• Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions
• Start machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure part conforms to specifications
• Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
