Job Description

Pay: $16.00 per hour
 Monday–Friday
 Hire Date–March 31st: Training 6:00 am–4:30 pm (10-hour shifts)
 April through June (possibly July): 2nd Shift 4:30 pm–2:30 am
 Possible staggered shifts: 4:00 am–4:00 pm; 6:00 am–6:30 pm; 8:00 am–8:00 pm
 Overtime: Time and a half paid for all hours worked over 40 per week

Position Summary:
Seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to manufacture and mix highway paint distributed to facilities across the U.S. This is a physically demanding role in a heavy industrial environment with strong paint fumes. Candidates must be flexible with shift changes, committed to attendance, and able to work extended hours as required by project needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Make and mix paint used on highways
 • Read recipe lists to determine proper ingredients and measurements
 • Prepare and ship finished product to facilities across the U.S.
 • Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
 • Work in a heavy industrial environment with strong paint odors
 • Properly use all required safety equipment
 • Wear old clothes initially (paint exposure expected); uniforms provided upon direct hire (weekly deduction of $8.25 applies during assignment)
 • Maintain consistent attendance (maximum of 2 attendance points permitted)
 • Comply with all workplace rules and production floor policies
 • Maintain a clean and organized work area
 • Perform additional duties as assigned
