Job Title: Mixer – 2nd Shift
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 2:20 PM – 11:50 PM
Pay Rate:
$21.75 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting the mixing team, preparing materials, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment to ensure efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean vats, bowls, and production equipment thoroughly
- Assist the mixing crew with daily production tasks
- Pre-weigh ingredients and materials for the next day’s production
- Clean machine parts and extensions as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of machine experience
- Ability to lift between 50–75 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong basic math skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
