Job Description

SUMMARY: 
Pro Resources is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator, you will perform setup and programming duties as related to CNC machinery. 
 
Position: CNC Operator
Pay: $17
Hours: 3:30pm-Midnight

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate CNC lathe equipment
Operate CNC vertical machining centers
Manufacture machined parts to meet standards and specifications
Load/unload material
Perform in process inspections
Make minor adjustments to machine settings
Complete manufacturing paperwork
Add coolant and oil when needed
Remove scrap/machining waste when needed
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE): 
Previous experience working in a CNC manufacturing setting preferred
High school diploma or GED. 
 
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must have strong attention to detail
Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.
Ability to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers etc…)
